Background
Rhiannon (known as Rhen) grew up at Grong Grong (rural community) and Wagga Wagga and was always involved in a range of sports such as netball, dancing, swimming, AFL and golf.
Rhen has always been passionate and interested in health and volunteering in Fiji working with children who had physical and developmental disabilities set her on a path that lead to Physiotherapy.
Prior to commencing University studies, Rhen worked as an Allied Health Assistant in a private practice in Goulburn NSW, in a Physiotherapy and Chiropractic clinic in the UK and most recently at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
Rhen studied at Charles Sturt University, Albury and graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, with Distinction. Her interest areas are golf fitness, breathing assessments, clinical and mat pilates. Rhen has recently completed multiple APA Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy courses, following her passion to help empower women with their health throughout the lifespan. Common concerns include pregnancy and post-natal care, bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic organ prolapse and menopause
Outside of work, Rhen enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, travelling & creating products with macramé and/or wood.
