Senior Strength Classes

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates classes are a very specific form of exercise that focuses on building the strength and endurance of our core postural muscles, and also works to improve the balance, co-ordination and efficiency of our global strength muscles no matter your body type.

Our experienced therapists are passionate about seeing their clients reap the benefits of pilates and strength training classes.
