Background

Ben began his physiotherapy career in a private practice in Albury in 2016 after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University.

Finding passion in private practice physiotherapy, Ben continued to develop his knowledge and skills when he joined the Active Physiotherapy team in 2018. He has worked in multiple settings including hospital, clinic and workplace and has a vast experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative care and workplace injuries. Ben is registered to provide physiotherapy services to NDIS clients.

Ben’s niche areas include vestibular (balance and dizziness disorders), breathing retraining, and running analysis and retraining. He is also trained in providing musculoskeletal dry needling to improve pain and function. Ben loves all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy but particularly enjoys treating spinal conditions and working with runners.

Ben is extremely passionate about helping you reach your goals and he loves to problem solve holistically to develop treatment plans that incorporate your lifestyle, physical and mental health needs.

In his spare time, Ben loves running all over Wagga Wagga with his beloved dog. He also enjoys triathlons and any sport that comes his way.

WHY DO YOU LOVE BEING A PHYSIOTHERAPIST?

I love watching people returning to their true happy selves as they become free of dizziness or pain and realise the potential of their strong and flexible bodies.
