Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen. We have hope for a next normal where we can nurture our minds and bodies. We have asked a lot from them the past few years and we can help you take that step forward.

We understand and are here to assist you live your best life and be the best version of yourself. We have exciting times ahead and look forward to sharing them with you.

We are thrilled to welcome new team members. We take great pride in making sure those who join our team are a great fit to our culture and values. We know you will agree with us when you meet them.

Kirsty rejoins the Active team after relocating back to Wagga with her Defence Force partner and children.

Kirsty is passionate about health promotion and education, encouraging all clients to lead more active lifestyles for healthier futures.

Kirsty’s professional interests include clinical pilates and women’s health, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

She is a qualified Bounceback instructor and has completed training in both matwork and equipment Pilates.

We couldn’t be happier to have her back in the active family. You can read more about Kirsty here.

After completing degrees in both Exercise and Sports Science, and Physiotherapy - graduating with distinction and a number of Deans Awards for Academic Excellence, Amy worked in a rotating position at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, gaining valuable experience in acute care, orthopaedic surgery and neurological rehabilitation.

Amy has also begun post graduate study in clinical Pilates and women's health and is passionate about increasing access to valuable quality health care services for those living in rural areas.

Amy looks forward to starting in private practice and working with the team.

Sophie: Support Team Member & Sarah McMahon: Exercise Physiologist, also start this month and we will profile them next month.

We were thrilled that our January giving project managed to raise a donation for the Kruzn for a Kure Foundation again. Generosity is the habit of giving freely without expecting anything in return but we give to this one hoping and praying that a cure will be found so those families dealing with this can hold onto the hope they have.

In February we are raising money again for Country Hope - Country Hope provides practical, emotional and financial assistance to local families caring for a child with cancer or other life threatening illness.

We were excited to recently replace the new carpet and now have refreshed the clinic with new paint to freshen up the walls and make it more bright and airy.

Things are starting to happen….
