Rhiannon (known as Rhen) grew up at Grong Grong and Wagga Wagga and was always involved in a range of sports such as netball, dancing, swimming, AFL and golf.

Rhen has always been passionate and interested in health and volunteered in Fiji working with children who had physical and developmental disabilities that set her on a path that lead her to Physiotherapy.

Prior to commencing University studies, Rhen worked as an Allied Health Assistant in a private practice in Goulburn NSW, in a Physiotherapy and Chiropractic clinic in the UK and most recently at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. Rhen also has experience working as a sports trainer for Lavington Panthers Football & Netball club.

Since commencing at Active Physiotherapy, Rhen has completed the APPI Clinical Pilates training and is teaching a range of equipment and mat Pilates classes. Previously a keen netballer, Rhen enjoys working closely with Southern Sports Academy.

Outside of work, Rhen enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, travelling & creating products with macramé and/or wood.
