Free Information Sessions

To celebrate the official opening of the fantastic new Xceler8 building, on this Saturday 5th March we are offering free information sessions on a range of health topics. We would love you to come down and meet the team and take a tour of our new, custom designed facility within Xceler8. Starting from Monday we will be providing Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Pilates from two locations!  Please see our website or contact us for more information.
